    Regulations

  1. A Client of Apassionata Marriage Bureau can be a person of age (at least 18 years old), single or in a long - lasting separation. If client is in a long - lasting separation such information will be shown in her/his public offer placed in data base.
  2. Client has a right to change, suspend or withdraw his/her offer on any time.
  3. After resignation/withdrawing offer all information about the client will be deleted from Apassionata Marriage Bureau data base.
  4. Each client is asked to deliver to Bureau: Personal Questionnaire of Apassionata Marriage Bureau, actual photography, xero copy of identity card, confirmation of separation.
    • A Client takes full responsibility for information given in questionnaire.
    • Any complaints about a Client will be the cause of removing of his/her offer and cancellation of his/her membership.
    • A Client agrees to make the photo, personal and contact details placed in his/her offer available.
    • Apassionata Marriage Bureau doesn't take responsibility for placed in offers of its clients and consequences of eventual relationships.
  5. Our Bureau does not interfere in further relationships between partners. A Client is obliged to stop all contact in case of resignation of the partner.
  6. A Client may choose the form of correspondence: through our Bureau or personally.
  7. A Client agrees to look for a partner in accordance with the regulations of the Bureau.
  8. Apassionata Marriage Bureau is obligated to provide reliable marriage services to its clients.
  9. Clients who agreed to meet chosen person are required to inform Bureau by e-mail, phone, mail. If not their offer will be still shown in Bureau base.
  10. Client agrees to make the photo, personal and contact details placed in his/her offer available to chosen partner.
  11. Clients are forbidden to pass contacts obtained through our Bureau to third persons according to Polish Legislation about Protection of Personal Data (D.U Nr. 133 pos 883 from 1997).
  12. Personal data of our Clients are confidential.
  13. An offer in Bureau's data base cannot contain any personal and contact data.
  14. Bureau does not guarantee contact with other client during the period of membership, after paying the fee.
  15. Apassionata Marriage Bureau provides full discretion to its Clients.
  16. Clients who does not wish to give their address data but only e-mail address will be able to put their offer in Bureau's base after paying appropriate fee (according to price list) and clients interested in their offer will be send to the given e-mail address.
  17. If sending offers are not taken by Client currently/regularly Bureau has a right to stop sending them to client.
  18. The fee is fixed and is not a subject to refund in the event of resignation.
  19. In event of not obeying Regulations by client Bureau has a right to terminate the contract with a client without giving back the fee.
  20. A Client accepts Regulations and guarantees that personal and contact data are truth.
  21. A Client agrees for collecting, processing and making use of personal details by Apassionata Marriage Bureau with a right to improving and presenting in accordance with the Polish Legislation, Act from 29th August 1997, Dz. U. no 133, pos.833. Client agrees for putting his/her photo on catalog and his/her anonymous advertisement on Apassionata Marriage Bureau's website in aim to find appropriate partner.
  22. I - the Client take full responsibility for authentic personal information given by me in a questionnaire.
  23. Apassionata Marriage Bureau reserves the right to look for partner for client after paying by him/her the obligatory membership fee according to FEE (price list).
  24. I announce that I know the regulations of working Apassionata Marriage Bureau and I read the Regulations of Apassionata Marriage Bureau, I understand them and accept by giving my signature.
